Forms of Payment

We accept Checks, Cash, Mastercard & Visa.  In Addition, acupuncture and herbs are also covered by most FSA & HSA accounts.

Acupuncture Fees

We offer a variety of payment options which we will discuss with you during your initial consultation.   If your insurance covers acupuncture, we are happy to provide a ’superbill’ that you can send to your insurance for reimbursement direct to you.  Your insurance company will send you a reimbursement check once they have processed your superbill and determined your level of acupuncture insurance coverage.

To determine whether or not your insurance company covers acupuncture, call the number on the back of your insurance card.  Be sure to inquire whether or not you have a deductible that must be met before your acupuncture visits will be covered.   It is your responsibility to follow-up with your insurance company should there be any delay in payment to you.

Our Fee Schedule

New Prospective Patient Consultation     No Charge
Wondering whether acupuncture can help with your health problem?  This 15 min consultation (by phone or in-person) allows you to ask the acupuncturist whether or not they think acupuncture can help and discuss your health concerns.

New Patient Consultation & Treatment     $100
On your first treatment we set aside extra time to thoroughly review your health history, current health problems, perform a brief examination as well as an Acugraph Scan.  If time allows, you will also receive a balancing treatment after your consultation.  NEW PATIENT CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to make your appointment please give us 48 hours notice.  Robin sets aside extra time for new patients and may require a $50 deposit during peak office hours.  This deposit will be applied towards your first visit, however, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

Acupuncture Treatment       $65
Acupuncture plus recommendations for herbs & homeopathic medicines

Add-On Services to Acupuncture Treatment     $15 each
We will add additional time onto your acupuncture session for the following services:

• Re-Evaluation or Consultation for a new problem
• Acugraph Scan (digital meridian imaging)
• Report of Findings
• Moxa
• Cupping
• 5 - 10 min Lymphatic or Tuina Massage

Holistic Pediatric Treatment       $55
During this all inclusive treatment we may use one or more of the following as needed: acupuncture or non-needle techniques, cupping, tuina or lymphatic, dietary & lifestyle counseling and recommendations for homeopathic or herbal medicines.  This treatment is for children 13 years and under.

House Calls or After Hours Visits            $135/hour
There is a one hour minimum for this service and a $25 travel fee outside Morgan Hill.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation if you will not be able to make your appointment.  Late Cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.
